Being the Artistic Director of the Hackensack Performing Art Center (HACPAC) for decades, I know that every theater, and every production has its obstacles and many times they are also fraught with problems.

Steps we will take:

1)      Initial Consultation – I will listen to your goals, your dreams for your theater company, facility or production.  After we meet, you and your creative team will decide if Theatre Unlimited is the right fit for you.
2)       Consultant – My expertise as well as my team of designers, and theater professionals tackle your hurdles one by one.  We will leave with a 3 – 5-year plan that cover all aspects of running a successful production or production facility. 
3)      Set Goals – By the end of our consultation term we will have goals for each season of programing.  We will part with a plan on how to maintain that programing through fundraising strategies, staffing and budgets.  Finally, we will make sure that within your unique format, you will have the ability to be creative on how to program.  You are the expert in your arts community and you will have the tools to clearly know your goals.
